Assembly of this kit will prove to be an exciting project and give much satisfaction and personal achievement to the builder.
Your Turbo King Car will be built from the ground up. The car has a flashing top light. It has 7 control functions: forward, forward-left, forward-right, backward, backward-left, backward-right, and stop.The remote control operates at a frequency of 27.9Mhz. It uses 4 AA batteries and one 9V battery (not included). It takes about 7 hours to build.
The builder will construct each section, explore the circuitry and trouble shoot it. If you have experience in soldering and wiring technique, you should have no problems. For the beginner, care must be taken in identifying the proper components and in good soldering habits. This kit includes a 33 page assembly and instruction manual. The manual includes information on theory of operation, characteristics of radio reception, radio receiver, steering and drive mechanisms. Also includes a good write up on construction and soldering techniques.
Remote control included with single channel operation. Kit contains over 70 components, solder, screened PC boards, and schematics.
