Description |
This kit revolutionizes timers in terms of flexibilty and accuracy. The heart of the circuit is built around a Atmel programmable intergrated circuit (IC), part number 89C2051, already preprammed for you. A number of triggering options are available, ranging from tripping a switch, voltage or relay. Output is capable of handling up to ten amps. Time delay is selected (and accurately) with on-board dip switches. May be programmed from seconds up to 42 hours.
Circuit features include turning something on or off, seven different timing modes available to the user. This is a versatile circuit and may be used to open a relay after a time period, close the relay or even toggle the relay on for a time and off for the same amount of time (toggling). This kit requires soldering. Kit includes all components, screened PC board, and schematic.
