Description |
This is a circuit that will broadcast CD quality sound to your FM Walkman, home stereo or automobile radio. It produces a strong signal that will generally cover the average home and yard. It is stable enough to use even with digitally tuned FM receivers.
Typical uses include broadcasting your own music to a receiver pool side or backyard. Or you can broadcast from a personal portable CD player to a radio that has no CD player. School uses include setting up and running a broadcast station. Great for listening to computer MP3 files by simple transmitting them from the sound card to any FM radio in or out of the house.
This unit is powered by a nine volt transistor battery or you could use an AC wall adaptor not included. Board size is about 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" inches. Kit includes an instruction manual, theory of operation, and tips for using the unit. Kit requires soldering and assembly. Kit contains over 50 components, screened PC board, and schematic.
