Description |
| This VFO kit covers the 80 Meter band and tunes from about 3.5Mhz up to about 4.00Mhz. The circuit uses a Clapp oscillator configuration with two FET's and a bipolar output transistor to achieve excellent stability in a variable frequency oscillator. Additional features include a buffered output stage and provisions for a RIT/XIT tuning offset. Kit also contains detailed instructions for toroid windings for 75/80 Meter bands. This circuit operates on 12V dc. Board size is 1.6" x 3.0". Kit includes instruction booklet with assembly drawing and schematic. Kit contains over 30 components and screened PC board. No. 80-1408.
