Description |
The most powerful circuit we've seen that operates on such a low voltage (just two AA cells). A range of 100 meters can be expected and given a good antenna and good conditions, 500 meters is not unusual. Can be operated on up to about 9 volts.
Transmits to the FM radio band. Teaches basic transmitter theory. Microphone is included. Board size is about 3/4" x 1 3/4" inches. Instructions include a general write up on how transmitters operate. Kit contains 17 components and screened PC board. Please Note: This kit is being sold for educational purposes only. Great for Boy Scouts, Ham Radio Clubs, or Technical Schools. Please check with your local laws before operating.
