Q: What is my user name?
A: Your user name is the email you use to register at this site.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: You'll have to email the admin firstname.lastname@example.org with your user name or call the admin to reset your password. Once your password is reset you'll receive an email regarding your new login details.
Q: How do I view my past order history?
A: After you login to your account. Click My account on the left had navigation bar. There you'll see a link 'View Order History'. Click it to view all your past orders.
Q: What is the minimum order amount?
We have a low $10.00 minimum order.
Q: What are different ordering and payment methods?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery cards, and offer Paypal for our customers convenience. We accept orders placed online, phone, or fax. We accept orders by mail, just enter order online and select check or money order and write a note letting us know your mailing payment on end of order form.
Q: Is your website safe for online ordering?
A: We use a GeoTrust SSL 256 bit encryption and Authorized.Net for secure online ordering. J-Tron, Inc. is PCI Compliant.
Q: What are ordering terms?
A: All orders must be paid in full before items ship. We offer net 30 terms for companies after references have been approved. Cod shipments are available to established companies only. Please call or office for details.
Q: When should I expect my order to reach me and what are different shipping methods?
A: All in stock items ship within 24 hours, we try and ship same day. Any items that are on backorder will ship order complete within 5-7 days.
We ship Priority Mail, UPS, UPS 2nd day and overnight. We sometimes switch between UPS and US Mail depending on product types and most economical method.
Q: Can I substitute Items or return products?
A: We sometimes will fill an order with a different manufacturer band that is exact same, form, fit and function.
If you ordered the wrong item you can send it back but their is a 20% restocking charge. Kits cannot be returned if they have been soldered or assembled. Please email our office with your return request.
Q: What are your normal working hours?
A: We are open Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern.
Q: Do you have a store?
A: We are a mail order company only, all products are shipped from our warehouse located in New Jersey.
